Feel Good

Wow! The summer has started out great! I'm excited for all the opportunity that Liv International has given me. The Liv Hawaii team has given me wonderful support on my life changing journey. Five months ago I couldn't do five push ups! Yesterday I was benching over my body weight! I'm going right now to the pool for a two mile minimum swim. What's the best part is that I'm craving the workout! How WILD is that?! I'm more productive physically, emotionally, professionally, etc. because of Liv Skinney and the Liv Fit lifestyle.
